Almalyticks does not guarantee specific numbers of followers, likes, views, leads, appointments, sales, or revenue.

Website services may include design, development, hosting, maintenance, security updates, forms, chat, booking, SEO, analytics, and other features depending on the selected package.
Website launch dates may depend on:
- Client information
- Domain access
- Content
- Approvals
- Third-party services
- Technical requirements
Search engine rankings and organic traffic cannot be guaranteed.
10. Marketing and Lead Generation
Almalyticks may provide marketing, advertising, lead generation, automation, and conversion services.
Marketing results are influenced by factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee:
- A specific number of leads
- A specific number of appointments
- A specific conversion rate
- Revenue
- Profit
- Return on investment
- Search engine rankings
- Social media growth
We will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver the services included in your selected package.
11. Subscription Services
Some Almalyticks services are provided on a recurring subscription basis.
Your subscription may automatically renew according to the terms presented at checkout or in your applicable subscription agreement.
Recurring charges will be processed using the payment method associated with your account.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
12. Setup Fees
Some services require a one-time setup or implementation fee.
Setup fees may cover activities such as:

- Automation configuration
- Branding
- Integrations
- Content setup
- Technical implementation
Unless otherwise stated in writing, setup fees are separate from recurring service fees.
13. Payments
All prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.
Applicable taxes, third-party fees, advertising costs, usage charges, messaging fees, domain fees, premium software fees, or other charges may be billed separately when disclosed.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers.
14. Cancellation
Customers may cancel recurring services according to the cancellation terms presented at checkout, in the applicable subscription agreement, or in the applicable service agreement.
Cancellation requests should be submitted through the designated Almalyticks cancellation process.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, cancellation does not eliminate payment obligations already incurred.
15. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased and the applicable offer terms.
Setup, implementation, customized work, third-party charges, and services already delivered may be non-refundable where permitted by law and as disclosed at purchase.
Any offer-specific refund policy presented at checkout or in a signed agreement will control for that service.
16. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

- Systems
- Processes
- Templates
- Frameworks
- Software
- Automation structures
- Proprietary methods
- Internal tools
- Pre-existing materials
Upon full payment, the client may receive rights to use the final deliverables created specifically for the client according to the applicable service agreement.
Third-party software, platforms, stock assets, fonts, plugins, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
17. Client Content
You retain ownership of content and materials you provide to Almalyticks.
You grant Almalyticks permission to use those materials as reasonably necessary to provide the services.
You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide the materials to us and authorize their use for the services.
18. Prohibited Use
You may not use Almalyticks services to:
- Violate applicable law
- Commit fraud
- Send unlawful communications
- Distribute malicious software
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Harass or abuse others
- Conduct deceptive or unlawful marketing
- Circumvent platform restrictions
- Engage in activities that could damage our systems or third-party platforms
We may suspend services where reasonably necessary to protect our systems, customers, third parties, or comply with applicable law.
19. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable services, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

20. No Guarantee of Business Results
Almalyticks provides technology, marketing, automation, and business growth services.
We do not guarantee a specific financial or business outcome.
Your results depend on numerous factors, including your market, pricing, sales process, customer demand, competition, implementation, business operations, and other factors outside our control.
21. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Almalyticks provides services on an “as available” and “as is” basis and makes no warranties except those expressly stated in a written agreement.
We do not provide legal, accounting, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice unless expressly agreed and provided by a properly licensed professional.
22. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Almalyticks will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of our services.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to a service will be limited to the amounts paid by the client to Almalyticks for that service during the applicable period specified by law or the applicable written agreement.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
23. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Almalyticks and its officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
- Your unlawful use of our services
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of third-party rights
- Content or materials you provide
- Your misuse of third-party platforms
- Your violation of applicable laws or regulations
24. Changes to Services
Almalyticks may modify, improve, replace, or discontinue features or services.
Where a material change substantially affects an active subscription, we will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate notice where required.

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable to the relationship between Almalyticks and the client, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Any dispute-resolution provisions contained in an applicable signed Service Agreement or Subscription Agreement will control over conflicting provisions in these general Terms.

These Terms, together with the applicable:

- Subscription Agreement
- Order Form
- Statement of Work
- Privacy Policy
- Cookie Policy
- Other written terms presented at purchase
constitute the applicable agreement governing your use of Almalyticks services.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific signed agreement, the specific agreement will control.
